By the end of the business day on which your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your product's shipping and tracking information. This tracking number is sent to the email address on the account at the time of purchase.

All in-stock orders received before 2 PM EST are shipped the same day. Depending on where you live, the shipment may take up to 7 business days to arrive. You will receive tracking information via a detailed order confirmation email.

You can access your Water Shield account through your account online. Once on Pentair.com/homewater, just click the My Account icon near the top of the page. Once you’ve logged in, you can update your Water Shield account details.
