**Products purchased from an Authorized Pentair Online Reseller (products beginning with EC-) receive a one (1) year (parts only) warranty from the date of purchase. The exceptions are: IntelliChlor cells and IntelliFlo SVRS pumps which receive a two (2) year warranty. EC products are not eligible for the bundled three (3) year extended warranty.

• In order to qualify for the rebate, the unit must be purchased and professionally installed (cleaners do not require professional installation). Must be redeemed online or by mail within 30 days of purchase. 
• Offer is valid only for qualifying purchases professionally installed within the 50 United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Canada.
• Claims with incomplete information will not be honored. Sales receipt and rebate form are required. Handwritten receipts, sales history receipts, barcode labels or credit card statements will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Claims that do not comply with the terms of this offer will be rejected.
• The serial number of your new product must be recorded on the rebate form. You can add the serial number on the product label. Claims received without the correct serial number cannot be processed.
• This offer is not redeemable at the place of purchase. Dealer is not authorized to pay the rebate at the time of sale.
• Pentair shall be the sole interpreter of whether any particular attempted submission complies with the rules governing this offer.
• This offer may not be combined with any other offer. Pentair reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this program without prior notice.
